ZW32-40.5 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an outdoor high-voltage switchgear with a three-phase exchange of 50hz and a rated voltage of 40.5kv. It is suitable for breaking and closing the load current, overload current and short-circuit current of the urban or rural power distribution station system. Structure
ZW32-40.5 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is mainly composed of integrated solid-sealed pole, current transformer, operating mechanism and box. This type of circuit breaker is of miniaturized design, and the shell is made of stainless steel. Current transformers can be diversified choose according to user needs.
Working principle
ZW32-40.5 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker and matching intelligent control combination. The switch opening and closing operation can be realized locally, and it can also be remotely operated through the communication interface. Other information of the circuit breaker can also be transmitted to the control center, and the communication channel can choose cable, optical fiber, GPRS/CDMA/GSM, etc.
Current Transformer
1.The current transformer is cast-through type and is installed in the lower porcelain bottle. The current transformer and the lower porcelain bottle are also filled with insulating silicone ester to solve the problems of insulation and condensation. The circuit breaker can be equipped with up to three current transformers, and each current transformer can include up to four coils, two of which are used for measurement and two for protection. The current transformation ratio can be selected according to user requirements. The current transformer has the characteristics of high precision and large output capacity.
2. The spring operating mechanism and the connecting rod are installed in the mechanism box. The mechanism box is waterproof. In order to prevent the electrical control elements in the box from getting wet, the mechanism box is equipped with a temperature controller and a heater.
3. Transmission mechanism, including insulation rod, arm and guide rod, adjust the length of the insulation rod and guide rod, can adjust the overtravel and contact opening distance of the circuit breaker.
Arc extinguishing principle
When the moving and static contacts are energized and opened under the action of the operating mechanism, a vacuum arc will be generated between the contacts. At the same time, due to the special structure of the contact, a proper longitudinal magnetic field is generated in the contact gap, so that the vacuum arc remains diffused and the arc voltage is maintained low. When the current naturally crosses zero, the residual ions, electrons and metal vapors can recombine or condense on the surface of the contact and the shield in the order of microseconds, and the dielectric strength of the arc-extinguishing chamber fracture is quickly restored. The arc is extinguished to achieve the purpose of breaking.
